I just realized that the reason I don't post movie reviews here is, at least in part, that I have a strange tendency to adore movies that everyone seems to think are embarrassingly bad. The Doors, for example. I generally like plenty of Approved Intelligent Movies as well........ but somehow I find my taste in movies more embarrassing than my taste in books. If I like crappy books, I will either a) admit they are crappy, but vaunt them anyway, or b) mock everyone for thinking they are crappy. I'm not confident about movies.

Nope. Jaybird did and he thought it was SO AWFUL that I didn't bother. This doesn't always stop me and I may still rent it for the eye candy some day.
