Take 1 handful Ghirardelli chocolate chips. Add very rich dark hot cocoa and 1 scoop hand-churned raspberry chocolate-chip ice cream. Top with hand-whipped cream and a drizzle of hot fudge. Best served immediately and brought outdoors into the 28-degree night.

Results excellent.
