I'm not linking to Amazon on this because the volume referenced in their review and the volume I actually read don't match. The one I read covers 1983-1985 ... I feel like I read most of these stories at some point in the past, but the ones I remembered reading were just as good the second time around. And I'm pretty sure I'd never read Connie Willis' "Fire Watch" before, and that made me very happy (as does the realization that I don't think I've read most of the stories in her collection Fire Watch, which I shall now put on hold at the library). Much love for stories which won awards while I was still a small sprog but not all that long ago. No clunkers.
