1. What curse word do you use the most?
Fucking. No contest.

2. Do you own an iPod?
Yes, a Shuffle. I'm unreasonably attached to it even.

4. To what time do you set your alarm?
6:30. But I only have to pay attention to it about 2 days in 30, on average. (The rest of the time it isn't really mine.)

5. Do you still remember the first person you kissed?
Ayuh. This one time, at band camp?
But seriously, yes, I do. Michael Schulein, a long rangy bass player with blue eyes, and we were lying under a tree and the stars were all out and really, it was everything a first kiss should be. Props to him, wherever he may be.

6. Do you remember where you were on 9/11/01?
On a bus, on the way to school. This lady started talking about it and everyone thought she was just another crazy bus lady. If only.

7. Would you rather take the picture or be in the picture?
Take. This despite the fact that I am seriously delighted with old pictures of myself - but then I'm seriously delighted with old pictures of anyone I like, so.

8. What was the last movie you watched?
Stage Beauty. Pretty interesting examination of gender on the post-Elizabethan stage, if a bit fluffy, and as a bonus, the chick playing Nell Gwynn was fiiiiiiiine.

9. Do any of your friends have children?
Indeed, several of them do.

10. Has anyone ever called you lazy?
I've embraced my laziness; and yes.

11. Do you ever take medication to help you fall asleep?
Maybe about once a year, though it tends to be 'nighttime' sinus medication rather than sleeping pills. (It's only the insomnia that comes with headaches that I mind.)

12. What CD is currently in your CD player?
A mix CD I made in like 2004. In the car, it's probably Feist unless Jay changed it.

13. Do you prefer regular or chocolate?
Chocolate, in almost every case.

14. Has anyone told you a secret this week?
I have no idea what you're talking about. *whistles innocently*

15. Do you sleep on your side?
Usually.

16. Do you watch the news?
Almost never. And when it's on somewhere, and I watch it involuntarily, I'm almost always reminded of why not.

17. How did you get one of your scars?
The scarring on my throat is due to an operation I had when I was 16. They cut out a cyst, and realized it was hooked around my hyoid bone, which required them to cut a chunk out of that too (to prevent regrowth). So I unexpectedly woke up with a Tupperware (ie transparent) drain thingamagig attached via tube to my throat. Thanks to the wonders of Demerol, I was actually entertained by this development.

18. Do you have any siblings, how many, sex?
Si, two sisters and a brother.

19. Do you have any children?
Nein.

20. What is the last thing you purchased?
Breakfast this morning. Freshly custom-made omelet, oatmeal, and grapefruit, two glasses of diet Pepsi, and a cup of tea - all for three and a third dollars.
