well, yeah, now that I'm awake, bacterial colonies *on test plates* is more what I meant.
It figures. I spend 5 minutes playing with Paint Shop Pro, I end up with something from a biology lab. You can take the girl out of the lab, but you can't take the lab out of the girl... or something.

Bacterial colonies are one of my fondest childhood memories. Sometimes Dad would bring me home a plastic petri dish full of agar from his lab.
