I seem to have skipped this one! I don't remember precisely when I read it, but it was this spring.

Kid gets shipped to a pizza factory in northern Canada as punishment for having triggered an hysteric rash in his schoolmates. Dystopic antics ensue. I do love near-future dystopias, and this was a fun one.
