My shoulder has been wonky and I just wanted something restful and engaging to read - not fluff, I'm not actually sick, but just ... straightforward. Emotionally sound and non-experimental. This one suited my purpose so well, I immediately pulled out the next one from my stash.

I sure did. Though all three of my younger siblings went to the Rural so there was minimal rivalry in our house (I went for band, and so did my baby sister, while the middle two were more into sports - hence no outright competitions against each other).

Anyway, yes! I didn't even realize you were from PEI when I friended you.

Yep, I was born there and lived there till I was 18. Just after I graduated my family moved to Ontario. I live in London now. Are you still on the Island? :)

No, I moved to Montreal for college and meant to stay there. But then I ended up falling in swoony love with an American so now I live in Colorado. If my mom read my livejournal she would make some comment about how your great-grandma actually went to school in the same village as my great-grandma or something... heh.
