Unexpected Mastery of Seven Up

Second in the series, I liked this one just as well as the first. It's a bit less ranty and more interested in family dynamics stuff.

A Degree of Mastery, by Annie Tremmel Wilcox
This was a very interesting book about the author's apprenticeship as a bookbinder/restorer. Very informative while remaining extremely human. Shiny.

Seven Up, by Janet Evanovich
Yet another Stephanie Plum novel. I don't know exactly what alchemy makes these books so gripping (I read this one from cover to cover without putting it down), but it has something to do with the humor and something to do with the non-stop Stuff Happening. And Grandma Mazur continues to rock my world. This one wasn't as funny as the last one but it was more emotionally intense, I think.
