baldness etc

Hrm. I shaved my own head today. This is only the 2nd time I've attempted such. I *am* shaven, or rather closetrimmed, but I have 3 different lengths of hair, all under 1/4 inch. Sigh. Good thing Jaybird will be coming home at 3:30 to fix it.
I've had a busy week. Someone I love had an operation, and we stayed with them overnight afterward. I went to the State Fair. I'm going to Montreal in less than two weeks and I am very excited and hustling around doing stuff 'to prepare' that I don't really need to do yet (or at all?) ... it eases the eagerness enough to let me act normal.
Anyway, busy busy busy and full of bustling.
