Yeah, I haven't really thought of anything else I feel the need to add. Though I expect in midsummer, when it's 100F outside, cold things will replace warm things for a few weeks.

Ugh. It's probably all about aroma-therapy and guided meditations and color choices for the room, huh?

Damnit, mediation is standing in horse-stance under a icy-cold mountain stream waterfall for 3-hours or until your teacher decides you've achieved enlightenment. Don't need no book for that.

It's a mediation guide ... how to make people get along with each other ... (I have heard the rant about the class before, you see) - though I think sticking the mediated parties under the waterfall for your suggested treatment would probably make them agree to just about anything, so you may have a point.
