Sucky thing: When one has already put off leaving until past midnight, and then one hits a ROAD CLOSURE on the frelling interstate. It took me an hour to get to Castle Rock! Yeesh. But I didn't get lost or rear-ended, and I managed to stay awake until about 10 minutes after we got into bed (as opposed to falling asleep in Larkspur when I wanted to), so all's well that ends well.
I'm really looking forward to having leftover buffalo for lunch.
